Made from a tough TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), the Quad Lock® Poncho is designed to keep your Samsung screen and ports safe from mud, dust and rain.

DURABLE MATERIAL

Simply slip it on when you need it and stow it away when you don’t. The TPU material is very durable so you can store the Poncho in your pocket or bag without damaging it.

ACCESSIBILITY

The crystal clear TPU makes it easy to view apps on-the-go and is fully functional with your Samsung’s touch screen / buttons.

Note: Use of a screen protector in combination with the Poncho may affect touch screen usability.

Items that cannot be shipped: There are some items that exceed the size restrictions of Australia Post and/or are considered dangerous items and are subsequently unable to be shipped by our current logistics partners. These items are  Collection only.

Shipping will take between 3-8 days.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product/s within 30 days of delivery for a refund, or alternatively, exchange for another product. Please note that return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

All returned item/s must be in original unused condition, with all tags attached and product packaging intact.

Refund or Store Credit – If your order qualified for the “Free freight over $100” promotion, a freight restocking fee equivalent to the original postage cost incurred by us will apply. If you have multiple items on the order and the order is still over $100 after removing the returned items, a freight restocking fee will NOT apply.

Exchange – If you are wanting to exchange a product due to size, color, or satisfaction reasons, we will happily accommodate this. A flat rate $9 return freight charge applies to all exchanges. If we are unable to fulfill your desired exchange, email us for alternative options.

What can not be exchanged or returned?

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on the below items, please ensure you conduct all due diligence to ensure the item you are purchasing is 100% correct:

  • Helmets.
  • Underwear including Compression Pants.
  • Socks.
  • Service Items.
  • Clearance Items.
